Over 20 years experience in brand and marketing. Kim has been a fractional CMO for over three years and has a deep background in space, aerospace, and emerging technology. Her industry experience includes Anuvu, Universal Avionics, JetBlue, Frontier Airlines, FlyteGroup and more. She has helped shape some of the country’s most iconic consumer brands—including Equinox, Barry’s, and Sheraton—and now applies that same discipline, storytelling rigor, and emotional intelligence to complex, high-stakes industries like space, aviation, and emerging tech.

Lauren Stowe
Currently leads demand generation at gogo inflight communications, Lauren is an action-oriented brand builder and communications specialist with 20 years of experience. Prior to gogo, Lauren led marketing and transformed JetCraft, into the leader of aircraft sales, acquisitions, and trading. She also brings a unique background in communications with Rémy Cointreau, Danone, and Weber Shandwick. Lauren serves as a content contributor and advisor to The Space Marketers.

Mary DuBois
Mary is a B2B product marketer with experience at Boeing and United Launch Alliance (ULA). She specializes in go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and product launches for flight and tech ops solutions. She is also well versed in government proposal strategy and was selected to serve as a special team for a multi-billion dollar RFP for the U.S. Government among other proposal initiatives. Known for aligning teams and partners, Mary drives measurable growth through strategic campaigns and revenue-focused execution.

Cindy Gonzales
Cindy started her career at Frontier Airlines and 15 years later, she has led multinational campaigns and scaled brands across Europe and the Americas. She excels in digital transformation, building tech stacks from scratch, accelerating revenue, and expanding market share. Her unique background combines aviation, SaaS, technology, CPG, and real estate.

Andrea Wagner
With over two decades of corporate real estate and workplace strategy experience, Andi specializes in shaping the full real estate lifecycle—from portfolio strategy and capital planning to workplace design and how brand comes to life in physical space. She partners with internal leaders across marketing, HR, IT, legal, and the C-suite, as well as external stakeholders including architects, designers, and consultants, to translate brand values into environments that foster connection, culture, and clarity. Whether advising on market strategy and site selection, defining operating models, or guiding design execution, she sees every detail as an opportunity to reinforce brand, culture, and business performance.

Creative Design
Lashonne Duncan
Lashonne Duncan is an accomplished Creative Director with a strong background in aviation, tech, and media. Over 14 years at JetBlue, she helped define the airline’s visual identity across branding, marketing, and customer experience. At Verizon, she led high-visibility campaigns and digital initiatives, bringing a design-forward approach to a major tech brand. Her experience also includes creative roles at Condé Nast and Essence, where she merged strategy with cultural insight. Today, as a contributor to The Space Marketers, Lashonne applies her expertise to the growing space industry.
